Option 1: Narrative Short Film (5–15 minutes)

Ideal for awareness campaigns, educational outreach, or as a proof of concept for future expansion. Short films are powerful tools for engaging audiences on social platforms, at events, and in schools. We also encourage businesses to delve into the filmmaking space to help expand their reach and step away from standard and boring paid ads.

Included Services and Estimated Costs:

​

• Pre-Production: $3,000 – $6,000
  Includes script development, casting coordination, shot listing, scheduling, call sheets, and location planning.

​

• Production (2–4 shoot days): $13,000 – $24,000
  Covers full crew (DP, gaffer, sound mixer, AC), camera and lighting rental, location audio, local transportation, production meals, and insurance.

​

• Post-Production: $6,000 – $10,000
  Editing, audio mix, color correction, titles, and delivery in formats suitable for streaming, events, and social campaigns.

​

• Music Licensing / Scoring: $1,000 – $2,000
  Includes either licensed music or a simple custom score.

​

• Art Dept / Wardrobe / Props: $1,500 – $3,000
  Supports realistic storytelling with appropriate visual design, props, and wardrobe.

​

• Final Delivery: $500 – $1,000
  Exports with subtitles, captions, and multiple resolutions for diverse platforms.

• Estimated Total:
  $25,000 – $50,000

 

Option 2: Narrative Feature Film (80–100 minutes)

Ideal for streaming platforms, festival circuits, or national awareness campaigns. This option provides end-to-end production of a full-length, non-union narrative feature film based on your vision

Included Services and Estimated Costs:

​

• Pre-Production: $12,000 – $20,000
  Script finalization, location management, casting, scheduling, production coordination, and all administrative prep work.

​

• Production (15–20 shoot days): $90,000 – $140,000
  Includes full crew (DP, gaffer, grip, sound, AD, production designer, HMU, wardrobe, PA’s), camera/lens rentals, lighting, grip equipment, transportation, insurance, catering, and craft services.

​

• Post-Production: $25,000 – $40,000
  Complete picture edit, sound design, color grading, subtitles/captions, and final mastering for streaming, theatrical, or festival delivery.

​

• Music Licensing / Original Score: $5,000 – $10,000
  Professional thematic score and licensed music to support tone and emotional arcs.

​

• Art Direction / Set Design / Wardrobe: $8,000 – $15,000
  Design, props, set builds (if needed), wardrobe, and set dressing for narrative realism and period accuracy (if applicable).

​

• Final Delivery & Marketing Assets: $5,000 – $10,000
  Includes trailer and teaser editing, digital/social promotional cuts, export formatting, subtitles, DCP packaging, and poster/key art design.

• Estimated Total:
  $150,000 – $250,000
